  Due to the overwhelming popularity of the recent training and development days with both members and non-members we have had to revise our draw procedure.

The committee has agreed that there will be a cut off date prior to the final entries closing date before which only member's entries will be accepted. We will call this the members priority date. Once this date has passed non-member entries will also be accepted on a first come first served basis if there are still times slots available. These dates will be announced prior to each training day on the website and via the email blast. Special requests for timeslots will be prioritised to those people that offer to help.

We regret that we will no-longer be able to allocate "non-judging" slots in the arena during the course of the training days (slots may be available at the ends of the day but will be assigned after the draw for test slots is finalised). This is to ensure that as many riders as possible are able to take part in the training days for their intended purpose.

Entries for training days at Brookleigh will be limited to 2 tests per rider in order to accommodate as many people as possible. Please note in the event of scratchings extra slots may become available on the day.

As always please put on your entry form if you can spare a couple of hours to help (marshalling and pencilling duties available).
The club is dependent on people volunteering their time to run!
In future entry priority may be given to those willing to help on the day.

The members priority date for the August training day is Monday 2nd August
and closing date Monday 9th of August.

Tests for today are the Ds (ie. 1.D  2.D etc)

although other tests are available on request - please state the test you wish to ride on your entry form.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING :-

  • Members are entitled to one free training test with only the ground fee of $10 to pay.
  • Additional tests are $10 each with a maximum of 2 tests per rider.
  • Training tests are open to Non-Members if spaces are available after the members priority date (2nd August) with a ground fee of $10 and each test $20 with a maximum of 2  tests per rider.
  • Non-members must be EFA members or pay a $20 EA day membership for insurance purposes
  • You can have your test videoed for only $10 per test - indicate on your entry form
  • Lunch is available at $5 - please indicate on your entry form
  • Payment & entry forms must be received by 9th August 2010 - no late entries
  • Times will be published on this page onThursday 12th August 2010
  • Limited number of day yards are available on a first come first served basis.
  • Uniforms can be ordered on-line and collected on the day.

   and therefore we must leave it as clean and tidy as we find it.    

   Please pick up any hay and manure before you leave - bins are provided.
